i've been loosely playing TotK switch 2 edition and it handles so much better

i polished off BotW switch 2 edition and it was great to have less load times and a lost woods that wasn't a complete FPS killer

Played a couple hours of Helldivers 2 last night with one of my adult nephews tonight. Been a while since I last played. It was great. They've added some things like weapon customizations and new enemy behavior. Got some more things to learn.

I won a free copy of the new Elden Ring Nightreign DLC. I feel like I've mostly forgotten how to play the game, but I'm sure it'll come back to me quickly. I'll probably start playing that again in the new year. Start with the easy bosses until the timing of combat clicks with me.

Also played Marvel Comic Invasion with my wife. The gameplay is similar to the latest Ninja Turtles, as expected. The campaign is really easy so far. Enemies and bosses are a cake-walk. I don't see any way to adjust the difficulty in campaign mode but maybe you can in the "arcade" mode.

It's fun. I like being able to play as two characters with the tag team mechanics. My favorites to play as so far are probably Wolverine and Captain America. Wife always uses She-Hulk and Ironman.

Just beat FF1 for the first time since I played it on NES.
