Bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapenos. In the past, I've just used straight up cream cheese but it made them a little bland. This time around, I made queso but mixed it with cream cheese and added cayenne and chili pepper.
Not sure what happened with these specific jalapenos, they were one of the hottest I've ever grown. Legitimately top 5 hottest pepper I've ever had.
