While I've never been big on Destiny myself, it is pretty incredible to see a game announce their own end. This is the kind of news that many people would find alarming in the gaming world, but I think it's good that a developer is being honest and recognizing that it is time to close up shop. This game has been going for 9 years, and an end life plan is absolutely reasonable and refreshing from a communication stance.
