Unreal Engine 5 is Unreal(islitically Intenstive)

It almost feels conspiratorial that Unreal Engine 5 games are essentially forcing people who keep up modern games (not me) to upgrade their systems after, idk? Like nearly a decade of being able to run everything on a store-bought prefab for like $500? My desktop is literally from 2016, and was bought on sale because it wasn't a new model. The only issue I have with it, is again, another conspiratorial rabbit hole that Windows 11 essentially forces users to upgrade to a Solid State Drive, otherwise: have fun doing literally 1 task at a time without crashing your PC because W11 is trying to do 50 different background operations off your hard drive.

I just want to play the Silent Hill 2 remake ffs

Conspiracy brain says its the same thing as the AI companies passing money back and forth to each other, but now they looped the governments into the game.
