Recently found the Virtual Boy homebrew scene, and there's a full-on game engine available, so I'm in the early stages of crafting a little game for the system.

I remember Ferry (who was a mod here, and who actually created my avatar for me) had a great virtual boy website, and the most well regarded one on the net at the time.

It's a little play on that, yes. That's just the name I'm "publishing" the game under. Keeping what the game actually is a secret until I get it more or less together.

I'm a graphics guy, not a programmer, so it's slow going, but it's fun figuring out how the engine functions and how i can make it do what I want.

I moved out of my home state earlier this year finally, had an insane summer of drugs and concerts and raves, and now have been writing for months. My 20 year class reunion would be this year, I think my bf is gonna go back for it. I didn't want to before, but I kind of *feel* like I'm somebody now- not successful, not important, none of that -just...me. I feel like it'd be fun to blow people's minds to show up looking like I do now.

My friends and family make me very happy. I have a lot to be grateful for. Right now I'm working on staying productive and helpful to those around me, and the good vibes help perpetuate the efforts.
