I started to play Fire Emblem Three Houses. I wis hthere were a way to fastforward through all the school stuff and go straight to the battles. -
Resident Evil Requiem came out recently so that's got my attention right now. I'm not that far in I don't think, but it's great so far! Capcom has been releasing bangers pretty consistently for a while now (resi's great, street fighter 6 is great, monster hunter too), it's nice to see

Most of my gaming nowadays comes from achievement hunting on steam. My most recent finishes were Old School Rally, The Silver Case, and PARANORMASIGHT 2. All were fun and enjoyable in their own way, although OSR was way better than I thought it would be!Leave a comment:

ooooooh, I quit 76 as one of the last big expansions hit, but bigfoot hunting? can we just go back to gta san andreas?
me being a pokemon adult, I'm about halfway through my Leaf Green re-release playthrough, and of course last night had to start Pokopia. Really enjoying it. Just the kind of game needed for so many reasons right now.

After wrapping Outer Worlds 2, I moved on to Clair Obscur E33. Haven't gotten very far in but I get the hype - it feels good to play, the world building is elegant, no feeling of playing yet another cookie cutter arpg.Leave a comment:

I started playing Death Stranding for the first time a few days ago, I only do like one part of the game at a time because I'm too busy hyperfixating on writing most of the time. Played a couple hours of Helldivers 2 last night with one of my adult nephews tonight. Been a while since I last played. It was great. They've added some things like weapon customizations and new enemy behavior. Got some more things to learn.
I won a free copy of the new Elden Ring Nightreign DLC. I feel like I've mostly forgotten how to play the game, but I'm sure it'll come back to me quickly. I'll probably start playing that again in the new year. Start with the easy bosses until the timing of combat clicks with me.
Also played Marvel Comic Invasion with my wife. The gameplay is similar to the latest Ninja Turtles, as expected. The campaign is really easy so far. Enemies and bosses are a cake-walk. I don't see any way to adjust the difficulty in campaign mode but maybe you can in the "arcade" mode.
It's fun. I like being able to play as two characters with the tag team mechanics. My favorites to play as so far are probably Wolverine and Captain America. Wife always uses She-Hulk and Ironman.Leave a comment:

i've been loosely playing TotK switch 2 edition and it handles so much better

I'm a couple hundred hours into Pokemon Legends ZA. The shiny hunts must conclude before moving on to Outer Worlds 2. And with the DLC a month away, not sure I'm gonna be done by then (and then there's MORE shiny hunts to do). So maybe next year I'll get back to well made games
