Eastern-European genocidal dictator guy, got sentenced to a hard wrist slap and a few years in a very comfortable prison.

Wonder how much turmoil this has created. Seems some people actually like him, while others appear to be rejoicing in the streets at his death.

i had heard the name, and i knew from what part of the world he was. But the events of kosovo took place long before i started caring about what happens in the world.

Huh. He claimed he was being poisoned, and the autopsy suggests he was using unprescribed drugs.
Slobodan smokes rocks!
