I only traded it because there really isnt any good games for the PSP besides Liberty City Stories.
I would say he got the better deal, but some might argue in your favor.

If he was sick of these games (wtf he gave you Halo 1?), then in is eyes he got the better deal. It looks like you think you got a good deal, so you win.
If you were to sell it online, you wouldn't get even close to buying those things with the PSP money.
