The worst films you have ever seen

Posted by Bebop

1>Ring 2. I hated the first and I was dragged to see this with friends. It wasn;t scary (like the first). The plot and story sucked. Acting was cheesey. The kid was ugly and it went on for too long. I don't want to talk too much about it because otherwise I'll get angry. That's how bad this film is. It gets me angry just thinking about it.

2>Van Helsing. This is awful. Incredibly cheesey. The cheesiest film I've ever seen. Sterotyped characters and accents with poor acitng and crappy dialouge. Everyhting was so over the top it was like watching and episode of Power Rangers. Also the plot and anrrative was diabolical. And also it went on for ages. The only good part was that Kate Beckingasle died at the end. I think she did anyway. I might have dreamt it becuase I was drifitng in aand out of a coma while watching this.

3>Tokyo Story. my film studies class went to London to see this. I'll break it down. It's black and white, subtitles old japenese film with virtually no acting, no story, no music and no mood in any form with meanginless shots that lasted 2 and a half hours. TWO AND A HLAF HOURS. The worst part was none of the students knew how long it was going to be.

4> Red Eye.This speaks for itself.

Blade Runner: Directors Cut. Sorry, but that movie was about the most boring film to ever play on a screen.

Peter Pan 2: I've been forced to see a lot of bad movies in my lifetime. This is one of them.

Emma:

Lord of the G-string. Although, for softcore porn, it was at the top of its game. It was still horrible, though.

What the **** is wrong with you? Jesus, that's one of the best I've ever seen.

I say Star Warses I and II, and [teen sex-themed comedy no. 81].

Posted by maian

xXx: State of the Union. Just...ugh..

Jason X: I saw it on Halloween once I was done trick or treating. All I could do was laugh. :(

Posted by s0ul

Daredevil - His only superpower is being blind. F.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - Jesus, the first time I saw this I was 10 and I thought it was stupid. If a 10-year-old is thinking flying sword fighting is stupid, it must be very bad.

Envy - Jack Black and that other guy. I don't remember what drove me to see it, but my friend and I both fell asleep in anger.

Posted by Axis

The Hulk - Words cannot describe how bad this movie was.

Van Helsing - Pretty much everything Bebop has said.

Posted by Azusa

The Ring, Hellboy, and Van Helsing are all that I can think of at the moment.

EDIT: Oh, and Bubble Boy.

[quote]Lord of the G-string. Although, for softcore porn, it was at the top of its game. It was still horrible, though.

Lol. That movie was incredibly cheesy. Right up there with Flesh Gordon.

Posted by Bebop

Blade Runner is a film I managed to enjoy watching but I don't really understand when people realy REALLY like it. I enjoyed it buy I don't think theres much there.

As for Bubble Boy I actually enjoyed it. Mainly becuase I like crazy ideas and weird looking black midgets.

Posted by Crazy K

The Hulk, Van Helsing, Daredevil, Electra, XXX State of the Uniun.

Also Napolean Dynomite.

Also there is this soft core porn movie that really made me crack the hell up, it was called Spider-babe and it was a rip on Spider-man, and oh my god was it hilarious. This one guy in the film who probably weighed in at lik 300ilbs called this one girl (spider-babe) a Porker... And then he would do like all this imature looks and would stick his tongue out at her. My god was it funny. But yet quite stupid.

Posted by inequity

Spice World- No, Its not a porno. Its that movie starring the spice girls. I don't think I have to say anything more than that.

Baby geniuses 2 Super babies: I haven't seen the whole movie, I shut it off after 15 minutes. This has got to be the crappiest idea for a childrens movie ever.

Monster a-go go- Black and white movie with the worst audio EVER, bad editing, and hard to follow plot. Only watch this movie on Mystery Science Theater 3000 if you get the chance.

Posted by Arwon

The correct answer is "MANOS" THE HANDS OF FATE

Posted by Richaod

Quoting s0ul: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - Jesus, the first time I saw this I was 10 and I thought it was stupid. If a 10-year-old is thinking flying sword fighting is stupid, it must be very bad.

I was about 12 when it was released, and we're around the same age. ??? Yes, it was really random and dodgy.

I'd probably have to say all comic book adaptations (especially The Hulk and... well, all of them). And any recent Tom Cruise films. War of the Worlds was completely redundant and Minority Report was the most confusing film in history. Plus, the guy's a Scientologist (i.e. "lol i got cancer so god'll save me i'll refuse treatment") which makes it even worse.

Super Mario Bros., on the other hand, is so bad that it's really quite good. Funny. Well, to laugh at.

Posted by Bebop

Quoting Crazy K: Also Napolean Dynomite.

Omg explain yourself!

Posted by Arwon

Surely you've noticed how polarised people get on that movie. Many people love it, others they hate it.

Posted by Klarth

[quote=Richaod]we're around the same age.
You do a good job at hiding it.

Quoted post: I'd probably have to say all comic book adaptations

Even Sin City?

Posted by veritas

I would have to say The Grudge. The storyline was stupid. It wasnt scary.

Anchorman. This movie was kinda funny but this movie sucked.

Posted by GameMiestro

[quote=Klarth]What the **** is wrong with you? Jesus, that's one of the best I've ever seen.

Nothing happens in that movie for the first 45 minutes other than people standing around for no reason, and people talking about nothing. It's just my opinion, okay?

Posted by s0ul

Quoting Richaod: I was about 12 when it was released, and we're around the same age. ??? .

It was released in 2000 here in the states. It was probably later there because you say dumb things about music.

Spiderman was also terrible. Everyone was raving about how fan****ingtastic it was and I sat there wondering how it blew so much ***. It made me angry.

Posted by Crazy K

[Quote=Bebop]Omg explain yourself!

Well It had somewhat bad acting, and it had no plot (but that was the point mainly), and it was also short.

It had some funny parts, but nothing special where I would go "OMG BEST MOVIE EVER"

I think its way to overrated. People still copy the movie, and its quite anoying. It is by far one of the crappiest movies in my opinion. Some parts where funny, but not enough funny was coming out from it.

Posted by Zeta

All those Hillary Duff movies my sister made me sit through. I'd have a better time in one of those medival iron maidens than watching A Cinderella Story or any of that other ****.

Posted by Shin-Ra

Chopping Mall and The Day After Tomorrow are among the worst movies I've seen. People actually seem to like the latter, which completely confuses me as to why.

Posted by Crazy K

[Quote=Shin-Ra]The Day After Tomorrow

Yeah I agree with you on that. This movie did not keep me on the edge of the seat like it was said to. I did like it somewhat, but its just an average crappy movie that I could only watch once. I do believe this one is quite over rated. A few people in my school said "oh that movie was the best, it was so good." I trully disagree with that.

Posted by Vampiro V. Empire

It was only good because seeing our world destroyed tends to be very entertaining to watch.

It was mainly eye-candy and nothing more.

Posted by Crazy K

[Quote=Vampiro]It was mainly eye-candy and nothing more.

Yeah I was hoping for more of that. They needed more action to this film, but that did not happen. They could of done more.

Posted by Lord of Spam

2001: A Space Odyssey.

More like 2001 Minutes of Silence, amirite?

VanHellsing SUCKED out loud. The Ring was more funny than scary (HORSE CHUNKS LOL).

I dont know if any of you will be able to find it, but there is an Indian movie called Fun2shh. If you can watch it all the way through, you are a god. Heck, I like it, and even i canonly sit through about an hour of it.

Posted by Pikamon

Darkness.

Worst. Movie. EVER!

I seriously despised every moment of this film. From the moment the opening credits ensued, to the moment they entered that **** tunnel, it was terrible.

I would rather go to work than see this movie again. It was just that bad. Hell, they should pay ME money to see this piece of crap.

Oh, and I also hated Garfield, but I didn't have to pay to see that...

Posted by Richaod

Quoting Vampiro: Even Sin City?

I'm generalizing. I haven't seen it. :P But the majority are teh stupid.

Quoting Klarth: You do a good job at hiding it.

DarkWolf & Atomic Dog :D

They're really the suckers... :o

Hulk
Darkness(I left the theatre b4 it was over)
And i actually enjoyed Super Mario Bros.
Also all my friends hate Dude, Where's my car? If you do GET THE FU.CK OUT!

Sin City ~ Violence and more violence. A thin plot with boring characters and violence, lots of violence, all meaningless too.

Kill Bill 2 ~ Yawn, unfunny, uncool, unhip, un anything. This movie was easily the worst tarantino movie ever made.

Spider man 2 ~ Incredibly boring, can the superhero save the world and keep the girl and still be a normal human being? how can it be? he does all of it without flaw. Greatest superhero movie ever is more like most boring, cliche ridden superhero movie of all time. And this is the first movie in which Kirsten Dunst literally looked funky.

A Dirty Shame ~ Perverted humor that is supposed to be funny because some weird guy with a moustache directed it. All I gotta say is tha tthe humor is trashy and I strongly recommend avoiding this movie at all costs. I know there are alot of homophobes on this board so I'll say this movie mostly has male nudity, the lone female nudity is of a fat chick.

House of the Dead ~ this movie is offensive to those who loved the games. It doesn't follow the story, doesn't follow the action, and puts in sleaze nudity and bad action scenes. Many people say Uwe Boll is the next Ed Wood. And I say they are stupid for promoting this guy as he tarnishes the reputation of good games. Ed Wood never licensed anything, his overrated yawn fests weren't based off of anything besides his twisted mind.

Vertigo ~ I know this movie is supposed to be Hitchcock at his best. But I thought this was utterly boring and had no plot cohesion whatsoever. The ending was especially stupid. The romance part did not do it for me. Overrated and boring, this movie is one of the worst I've seen.

That is just a few, the rest were probably so bad that I forced myself to forget about them.

Whoa, it was opinion up until then, because that's not what's happening in the movie...at all.

Napolean Dynomite- Man, I'll never understand why this piece of garbage was so popular.

Darkness- God, what a crappier of a horror movie

House Of 1000 Corpses-Oh, lets see how sick and demented we can get with no real story or plot.

I mean I could on and one with ****ty movies, but I'll share at just those.

Uh, look into the comics a bit and correlate between the movie and the information you get after reading and you see how gut-wrenching things really are at the end of Spider-Man II. And Kirsten Dunst has always looked funky. wtf

As for me, the second Mortal Kombat movie was the worst movie I've ever seen, next to, like, Double Dragon or something.

Lol. 2001 didn't have enough explosions to keep his attention for very long.

Quoting Bebop: Ah, I see. You're one of THOSE movie viewers.

If by "one of THOSE viewers" you mean people that expect a movie to stay true to it's source material, then yes. If you meant a person who wants their movie to be will with a sense of purpose, then yes. If you meant a person who wants their movie to have friggin dialouge, then yes. I am "one of THOSE viewers."

If, however, you were making a pathetic attempt making me seem like some sort of "ZOMG SPLOSHINS PLS" moron, then go **** yourself. The movie was garbage. It wa a poor adaptation of a great book. And just because I didnt like it didnt mean I didnt get what they were going for, either. So next time you feel like pretending your cinema penis is LOL HUEG, choose someone else to pick on, you pompous litttle prick.

Posted by Azusa

Jesus. He was just making a funny. :/

Posted by Bj Blaskowitz

Alexander, Jeepers Creepers, You Got Served

but then again, I really liked the movie Solaris, so my tastes are weird

Posted by Lord of Spam

Assuming solaris was the movie I'm thinking of (George Clooney in deep space with his ZOMG SPOILER dead wife), then it was okay. Got kinda slow, but I wouldnt say it was bad by any stretch.

Posted by MetalVox~55

Bar None:
Black Knight with Martin Lawrence. Worst movie ever made.

Posted by Crazy K

[Quote=MetalVox~55]Black Knight with Martin Lawrence. Worst movie ever made.

Oh yeah, that was horrible. I thought that movie was going to be great, but when I saw it, it was just the gayest movie I ever seen Martin Lawrence play in. But yet he did star in a much better movie(Bad Boys 2) later on.

I meant your one of those movie viewers who don't like films if you have to concentrate and have an open mind.

Posted by Fate

I like "concentration" movies too, but that doesn't mean I can't have mindless fun every once in a while. Why else would Mortal Kombat be my favorite movie?

Posted by VirtualRealityZone

WOW! I'm suprised nobody mentioned "Halloween 3" in this thread.
:D Shows how many people on VGC are horror movie freaks......

That movie was friggin HORRIBLE! The story sucked...the actors sucked...and Michael Myers wasnt even in it! So whats the point of calling it "halloween 3"? lol :D

Yeah But I can garantee that it was extremely better then the recent films.

Halloween H20 just lacked a lot. Not at all a great film in my opinion. Had some horrible actors where in there aswell.

Now for Halloween Ressurection, this film was just stupid. I dont see the point in having Busta Rymes in the mix. Also we dont need Tyra Banks. And we dont need that horrible actor from American Pie. I just find the last couple of movies horrible.

Whoa, I've never even heard of this movie. Then again, I've never seen any of the Halloween movies.
