Ok, so you have to be registered with Xbox Live and have gamertag, but do you have to play it online? Like, is the extra fee forced, or do you have to register a Hunter's Liscense?
You don't have to register to play online (Hunter's Liscense) if you just want to play single player. As long as you have a Gamertag, you can play offline.
