He'll probably get shut down sadly. Like those guys Square/Enix shut down who were making a 3D Chrono Trigger.:(
Although... A 3rd OOT re-release may be a bit of a stretch. Even if it is Cell Shaded.
I believe this is just the retexture for the ROM that is to be used with Rice's Video plugin.
