umm.. ok wait I know this one, my friend has it I've used it before. Its for plugging in Cable for watching TV on your laptop and it can also be used for other things including video games. A TV Tuner was it? I'm sorry Im really no help.

Actualy U need a software Emulator to play your PS2 games on PC or Laptop
Just install it configure it and insert your CD/DVD and start playing

Google it for the keyword "Free PS2 emulators"

Note:- you need to have a leagal PS2 consol in order to use emulators.

Not all dvd drives on the pc will read some ps2 discs (like that black or blue ones) The ps one emulators work great though
