I keep hearing that Det Som Engang Var is the kvltest of them all. I downloaded it and listened to about 30 seconds in total, shook my head and pressed delete (about two weeks later). I came to the same conclusion with De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, Scum (obviously not black metal, just a piece of crap) and Under The Sign Of The Black Mark.
