Do you think a Sub-Community board for the Encyclopedia would be a good idea? The wiki does have talk pages for every single page, but the sub-board would be seen way more. Admit it, how many of you have viewed a talk page!!! Right!!!! There we could help people that have editing trouble, post ides for stuff to add and so on.
