Ok what instruments do you own? ANd if so what brand(s)?

I have a Yahama Tenor Saxophone and a Peavey Electric guitar

Posted by Vampire Slayer

I own a really ****ty Memphis Bass. It was cheap and my parents won't buy me something better right now:(

Posted by coromoro

I have an alto saxophone of my own, and then we (as a family) have a piano, and two acoustic guitars.

Posted by Klarth

Um, doesn't this thread exist in some shape or form already?

Anyway, we own an old Young Chang piano at home and not much else. My brother just sold off his Yamaha keyboard, though.

Six stringed bass guitar. Tanglewood Rebel-6A. Purple Burst.

I demand a photo of you holding it.

Posted by Richaod

A Kawaii upright piano, a Yamaha acoustic guitar, a Fender Squier sunburst electric and an Alesis synthesizer.

And a school-rented euphonium. Yay.

That bass is beautiful, oh and I must say you have the coolest hair I have ever seen.

Posted by Richaod

Apart from frowning at the fact that it's not a John Myung signature (...is it?), I would like to comment that when you add a bassline under a guitar riff, PLEASE make sure it's in the same key as the guitar/vocals. hi porcupine kthx

You look completely different to how I remember you, too. Must've been the sunglasses.

btw YOUR HAIR IS MASSIVE

Quoting Richaod: hi porcupine kthx

TONALITIES MEAN NOTHING TO ME

Actually, I was just writing whatever the heck and hoping that it sounded neat, it wasn't a particularly focused effort.

You'll never get to be a supercoolradical rockstar by playing someone else's model instrument.

Unless it's a Les Paul. Which doesn't really count in the respect I'm referring to. :p:

Oh, I think you're more likely to playing a signature instrument than, say, a Fender Strat. One person (at least) playing it versus... millions?

Well, at least you're guaranteed a really good instrument.

Posted by MetalVox~55

I would have no objections playing an Ibanez JEM7v live in my own band.

Posted by The Punisher

Still that is one cool bass. Your right though, you should design your own model. Thats why I want to have the coolest peavy ever. heh peavey.

I own a 4-string Ibanez TR Series bass. I got it when I was stationed in Okinawa around 1995-6. Since I bought it I decked it all out in gold, from the tuning pegs, to the screws holding on the pickguard. I also added on a drop-tuner and a Badass bass bridge.

I also have an old Gibson acoustic that my father gave to me. I'm not much of a guitar player (bass is where it's at ;) ), but it's cool to own. I don't have a picture of it right now unfortunately.

Holy **** dude, i'm from Decatur. Up for :rock:ing out sometime?

Ha! That'd be cool, even though it seems like a haul. Do you jam anywhere around Champaign ever? I never have besides one gig at the Canopy. That seems to be a good middle point though ;) I'll send you a PM when I get a little more time.
