Oh, in the old pic I was 270 lbs. I had lost 15 lbs in that pic, believe it or not, with my max weight being 285. I am now 207.
I spent the better part of 8 hours shining wheels and tires on cars today at work, too, so now I almost don't even look like a white guy anymore. If I keep this up I could probably get a scholarship from a Hispanic organization. I'll take pictures of the very-tanned me later.

I just want to know why all the people that nothing to say for Crazy K are coming to rush to congratulate Freddy.
Crazy K took like 3 months to lose a pound, and he also got like 10 pages on his thread.
And also, it's very apparent that Freddy lost weight. Crazy K was fat, and is now less fat, but still fat, so it's not as noticable, even if he lost more.
Didn't Crazy start off at 320 and go down to 250? And he did it faster than I did, too, although he had WAY more fat to lose.
Yeah, but you went from fat to in good shape whereas Crazy K went from fat to less fat. It gets a better reaction.
Heh, true... I gained a lot of muscle, which is why I look a lot more different than Crazy did. My bodyfat percentage went down a ton.
