Palm OS?

Posted by Echo

I don't know if anyone else has heard about this, but I recently saw a blurb on Slashdot about Nintendo getting the liscense to the Palm OS. I'm not too surprised, and I'm kind of expecting the DS to be receiveing office utilities now. I probably won't spend money on it, though. It does, however, take away one "advantage" the PSP was supposed to have over the DS, just like the MP3/movie player.

EDIT: Oh, and apparently it's called "V-pocket".

Yeh, I heard this too. I heard Nintendo patented something else or other. I thought DS would have a PALM as part of the console so its no suprise that Ninty might make one.

This sounds strangely conveniant. The DS acting like a PDA... heh

Awesome. As long as it's reasonably priced, I may just pick one up.

Heh, they called the PSP, "High profile". That's my laugh of the day.

But that's really cool, unless it costs like, $100, in that case I'd just be ticked off.

Knowing Ninty it will probably be cheeply priced. That is something I love about them.
