i finally got ps2 online and have a question about the head set
can u use a regular usb head set or do u have to buy a specal kind (like sony etc.)

Not sure, but since usb is a universal configuration, you can most likely use any usb headset.
Yeah I think you can use any kind it doesn't really matter.
