My friend just joined recently (his name is malthazar) and he can't get an avatar and I don't know why. The option to "set custom avatar" doesn't even show up. Does anyone know what's wrong? thanks for any help.

Save the picture on your computer, then use the upload file from your computer way. The URL way doesn't work well.
Flame ghost, upload it again. Everyone's avatars were dead after the hack a while ago. Reuploading it will fix that.
