Posted by Fei-on CastorI use winamp, always.
Posted by CorruptI've been a fan of Winamp for quite a while now, but I'm starting to lose my "faith" in it. I'm thinking about switching over to iTunes and getting a 'pod. I don't know if it would be the most sensible choice, though. Guess I'll have to see for myself.
Posted by Klarthchanged back to winamp recently, upon discovering that itunes can't play .ogg, and winamp is less memory-intensive... I still use itunes to rip cds, though.

Posted by Gollum... Windows Media Player.
Posted by coromoroI used Winamp until I obtained an iPod. I use iTunes now.
Posted by RichaodiTunes, I used it even before I had an iPod. I just prefer it; I never liked old-school Winamp one bit.
Windows Media Player obviously has its drawbacks, too. I have nothing better for videos though; RealPlayer being uber-invasive and all.
Posted by MetalVox~55Winamp on a computer, TabIt for my own music, iPod for on the go.
Posted by CorruptI've always used Winamp, and I just don't care enough to switch over to iTunes. So it looks like I'll be using Winamp for a long time, unless something goes horribly awry.
Hooray for consistency...?
Posted by junior senioriTunes. The only thing I dislike about it is that the pause button is so heavy to click.

Quoting MetalVox~55: TabIt for my own music
Guitar Pro >>>>>>>>>>>>>> TabIt
Seriously, nothing can beat www.mysongbook.com. Unless there's one for TabIt that I'm unaware of?
Posted by NegativeTrendI'm an exclusive foobar2000 user now except when I shoutcast to people. :)

Taking the Dream Theater folder as an example, it has less. :)

I still prefer the Guitar Pro interface. :)

Thats because TabIt takes more time to work a song out on. If you're looking for a fast and lazy way, GuitarPro might be your thing. But if you're genuinely interested in song writing, TabIt is the best program you can hope to get because of how fluid you can make everything. I've been using TabIt since 01, and i've written X number of songs, riffs, etc, and i've been able to make them sound exactly as I've wanted them to sound. GuitarPro has nothing on what Tabit can do when to comes to user-friendly interfaces.
