sorry i haven't played mmbn3 in a while and i meant him to be like a navi made out of dark chips so essentially he isn't using dark chips he's using parts of his body. I'll try to make a mor law-abiding navi next time.
I will put the rules in more detail for anyone in the future:
Maximum folder size - 30 chips
Maximum number of copies of a chip - 4
Maximum number of Megachips - 5 (unless you have a megafolder +1 program in NaviCust) (no doubles of any megachip)
Maximum number of GigaChips - 1 (unless you have a program installed that says otherwise) (no doubles)
Maximum number of Darkchips - 3 (unless you ask me first and I approve it) (no doubles)
NaviCust screen size - 5x5 (same NaviCust rules apply as in the game)
You must know the size of the program you put in and show a picture of your NaviCust and state colors. For example this is Dragonmans NaviCust:

I'm sure that would be easy, cause you're just making up chips that fit in with the theme of the Navi.
However, in my earlier post on this thread, I put in a Navi called BlastMan. In an article I read, he's the first Navi you fight in BN6 Faltzer/Grega.
If anyone so requests, I can use chips only from the Battle Network games and not make up chips.
So if you request I will use them only from the MMBN series.
