Small suggestion, how about being able to give neutral rep, just so you can post a comment that doesn't start with "Speedfreak agrees/disagree"? Quite often I've found I neither agree or disagree with someone, but have still wanted to leave a comment.

I don't really care either way. If it says I agree when I don't necessarily agree or disagree, that's not a problem.
However, it is a pretty good idea. I like it.
I just use the reply button for that.
Quote tags also do nicely.
I think it's a great idea. Sometimes you wanna put a comment right on the post, rather than making a new one with a quote in it.
