Okay. I've finished playing Resident Evil 4, and I bought an Action Replay because I like to cheat after i beat a game. :D Anyways, I found some awesome cheats for it, and found some cheats that people actually made themselves. I was wondering if anyone here knew how you can make your own cheats and would be willing to explain.
