The one above Hotaru is Jade. The one to the right of Rayden is, um, Hotaru.

Thats odd I got Mortal Kombat Deception for the Gamecube and I had only six characters locked: Kenshi,Raiden,Shujinko,Sindel,Tanya,Lui Kang???
