well i didnt see a thread about this and i see everyone everywhere complaining on how to beat him so ill start also if you faught bass in MMBN4 his attacks are pretty much the same:
bass:

location: oran area 3
how to get to him:
ok first bass fight is easy but for starters you cant just go find him like in MMBN4 you need a new unison call bass crossunison (think cossfusion + soulunison) you can only get this by (A. getting a e-reader, importing a pack of MMBN5 ER cards, get the crossunison card, swipe it and get it. or (B. ...[URL=http://www.cmgsccc.com/forums/showpost.php?p=51517&postcount=241]cheat![/URL] your choice! anyways once you beat the game once go to oran area 3 and go near the top youll see a small area a cutscene happens and you fight him he isnt hard yet so use searchsoul and alot of high powerd chips. beat him hell say his usual "arg ill be back" type monologe and disseapears into space dialoge happens and jack out!

how to get to him:
arg he still not be beatin yet! jack back in and make sure you have nebula space open and up to area 4 and B.crossunison activated. get all darkchips and go near towards the end theres an inivisable walkway go to the center and he returns for round 2 this time hes little faster but nothing you cant handle. beat him again and he runs away etc. etc. jack out!

how to get to him:
ok..for starters this is a total ***** to get through so ill explain as best as i can im serious dont take this lightly. go to nebula area 6 and you know have etc. etc. activated and this is where it gets hard: you have to beat all the DS navis under a certain limit bass fight is 2-4 mins too fast and you get megaDS too slow and you get LOC nebula grey so time this well and good luck took me a week to figure out and get through. ok youre done with that crap and now he comes back for round 3 but somethings odd about bass its like he doesnt remember the last 2 times you kicked his sorry *** either hes possessed or something anyways round 3 begin same moves faster etc.! once again good prevails and bass runs away lan and megaman talk and jack out! oh and this is the last story type battle so be gald with that.

oh yeah the most challenging bass fight BXX! if you want to put your skills and folder to the real test fight BXX but theres one thing he isnt added in the american ver. XX is fast REAL fast and with his darkshield to boot hes almost unbeatable hell he is unbeatable good luck with that

Yo go to gamefaqs.com and check. I did yesterday and they had every Action replay code for MMBN5 and bass soul is tight.
