My favorite is the one where Peter and Lois go on a second honeymoon, and end up in a confrontation with Mel Gibson, leaving Stewie and Brain in charge of Meg and Chris.
The G I Joe sequence was side-splitting, to say the least.
Either the Petarted episode where Peter learns he's ratarted or the episode where they have to go to the deep south. But it's really hard to choose since every Family Guy episode is side splittingly hilarious.

I've recently seen one that I believe is called "Breaking Out is hard to do" where Lois goes to prison for stealing everything.
The funniest thing is Quagmire's little cut scene with all the "Giggity"s and such. Quagmire is an excellent character.
I like the one where Stuie has a crush on his baby sitter. He knocks out her boyfriend and puts him in the trunk and at the end Stuie is like:
