I haven't clicked it yet, but from the sounds of things, it's probably a crappy fanmade Zelda game that's incomplete, full of glitches, and bound to be canceled at some point.
It seems like an aweful game. Not worthy of even reading more into it.
The front news page says that the guy shut it down due to inactivity.
