Im playing this game and I'm at the part where you have to find a plant and give it to maximillion. I've looked everywhere and i can't find it. I got 30 rep for maximillion and sue so why can't i find the plant.

no i beat the game and mgamer you are wrong about the dumpster its the splicer island plans that are in the dumpster, mgamer if a check by the reps on one of the pages of the thing that you have to check your records go to that section for the list of what you need to do and if ther is a check mark next to it you have no problem just move on to the next mission
