I'm playing Phantasy Star online right now and cant seem to find any rare dropped items from any enemy.Ive even killed two Al Rappy's and not gotten anything from either one. My brother suggested that its because of the hacked weapons and mags that we got from ppl online but i cant confirm this.can ne one tell me if this is true or not.
