When I went to use firefox, it wouldn't open up. A message box came up saying what user or something like that to log on with. I tried to just click "normal user" or whatever it is, but it said it was already in use. So I made a new user and it worked, but all my bookmarks and tabs and everything are gone.
How do I get back on the other user? Maybe it would reset when I restart my computer, but I haven't done that yet. Anyone know?
Ctrl-Alt-Del then go to processes then end firefox.exe.
This happens to me a lot. Find your application data folder and locate your firefox user profiles folder, then just delete your new one and when you restart firefox it should ask you to switch.

It was a pain in the *** finding that application data folder, though. :mad: It was hidden and I nearly went crazy finding it.
