It's very dull with only one color, the text is hard to read, and it's kinda small. Fix that stuff up and it'll be better for sure.
I'd give it a 7.
On a small banner like that, don't try and cram a lot of text into it. Spread it out. And with an image like that, NEVER PUT THAT MUCH TEXT ON THE MAIN IMAGE. Sorry if I seemed mean. The middle image is supposed to be your main focus, I would say making the text white or light grey and putting it on top left hand side. The quote is good.
As it is, 5.9/10. Keep trying. You will get better, and learn a lot.
