what is it?
It's a portable game system by nintendo, released sometime early 90's I guess. Overall failure, about 20 games ever released for it. You put goggles over your eyes and you're in a virtual game world. Never played one, but sounds interesting :/
Reason it pretty much failed is it had problems. You can only play it for a very short time before your eyes hurt, and I heard there were some sort of health risks or something. Could damage your vision maybe if you overuse it??
