Nintendo already made it perfectly clear that they will find and shut down all games that violate Nintendo's copyrights without permission. I highly doubt he got both Nintendo and Bungie's ok on that crap.
Unless the creator is going to charge money for it, it probably won't make too much of a commotion for Nintendo or Bungie to go after it.
The Chrono Trigger Ressurrection guys weren't going to charge anything for their project, and Square-Enix still shut them down.
I'd have a hard time coming up with guns/gun alts that didn't suck with a project like that.
THe people on that site are praising him. Its funny though, what dumbasses, they don't even have rights to do such things. If nintendo or bungie don't offer a cease and desist, then he is screwed for life.
