Is Call of Duty for PC the same game as Call of Duty: Finest Hour for XBOX? Which is better?

PC FPSs are usually better, by default. Better graphics, better controls, and so forth. Take CoD:FH for PC, and be happy you did.
yes but is it the same game? based on what i've read it seems like the actual gameplay, and not JUST the quality is different. i was wondering if this was true. FPSs are definitely better on PC, but if it's different, hell I might get both. Cause XBOX is sweet. J
xbox deffinatly, games like that have sucky controlls on the PC much more fun on xbox.
All orignal games for the computer except halo were better off for the computer
