My only criticism is that you don't have borders... like, I like em', I think they're cool, especially the Kingdom Hearts Donal D. one, but just needs a border.
I totally agree with Pit. You need borders, so try that. Also, a little less scanlines would be good. Text need a little work, but otherwise a good job.
