I find them funny. I don't like to ban bots who introduce themselves as much as I like to ban the ones who advertise. It also means that one of my boards actually gets activity, since no new members seem to be joining at the moment.
actually, it seems like all the new members that do join don't care much about the boards. they like all the profile ****. like leaving comments or joining groups and what have you.
Which is why I'm planning on nixing that.
