so i need to lose weight and get in shape. and not be bloated 24/7. **** sucks
so going to try going gluten free (****ing all i eat is pasta/pizza, this is gonna be hard). i want to exercise more but if i do it before work i'm too ****ing exhausted to work and if i do it after work i'll just collapse. so i need some super energy from somewhere. but WHERE? who wants to be healthy with me!
being healthy is too hard, **** that i'll die young and carefree!
you should check your thyroid too
they have checked it. and the parathyroid, too. apparently they work. so far i've been diagnosed with:
-fibromyalgia
-chronic fatigue
-GERD
-ibs
-i forget
still lots of **** that's wrong, i'm giving myself a year to cure it.
i also probably have gastroparesis. can't ****ing digest food
tick tock
any time i want to lose weight i just stop drinking beer for a week and start running. seems to work
then again most of my extra weight is beer related lol
if i stop eating for a day i'll lose it. but i won't be able to eat again without gaining. liquids only from now on!
liquids which cannot include beer
i dont think you need to lose weight but you should definitely be exercising anyway! we can go for jogs down Washington in Grand Forks and go to Family Dollar!
i could stand to lose about 10lbs. i can't jog unless i want my legs to feel like splintering some more, my feet to be on fire and have an asthma attack! how about you jog and i'll ride your bike!
then we can get 2 scoop sundaes with every candy on display on them! love that place
just not working there lol
and gain another 10lbs!
oh yeah i also have spina bifida occulta, but i don't think that affects me...much
lol get breast reduction surgery.
abso****inglutely not
dont know how big they are, but smaller is not the direction they need to go
C. they're a little big for my liking, good idea!
noooooooooo
c's are pretty much great. enough to have fun with, but not so much that theyre too big or get inthe way of ****.
get rid of 'em and you'll be disowned.
but i don't have fun with them
siigh boys
smoke weed lol
i know how people talk about it being so hard to lose weight, blah blah blah, but ive done it and its not that difficult you just have to be hardcore about doing it
my roommates and our girlfriends (now my ex) and i all started a diet at the same time and we all had the same plan which was to cut out all unnecessary carbs and do about 1 hour of cardio workouts a every other day. my ex and i stuck with it, and in three weeks lost about 25 pounds. one of my roommates went super into it and did cardio every day, ate only the necessary amount of servings of every food as recommended by his doctor and split it up into 6 meals a day and went from 290 lbs to 220 in 6 weeks.
but dont do the whole no-carb thing because itll drive you out of your mind. do what the hardcore guy did and just eat the necessary amount as your doctor would recommend, cardio work outs like running, running, jumping squats, lunges, and stuff like that. dont forget that cardio is the easiest of exercises. as long as your heart rate gets moving and you work up a slight sweat then youre doing it right.
except the fibro sort of kills most exercises i can do. and i don't start digesting food i've eaten until almost the next day. or more. i need a cure
if you really are overweight running is about the worst thing you can do because the constant crashing of your bones is going to cause unnecessary wear and tear, so then only do low-impact cardio stuff, like biking or swimming. both are probably the absolute best exercises you can do because they dont deteriorate cartilage and cause bone problems like running can do and swimming is absolutely the best exercise you can do because it works every single muscle in the human body. the only other "exercise" that comes close to as healthy as swimming as far as how good it is for your body is good sex, so tell your bf/gf - hey you never know how straight you swing - to get right on that
fibromyalgia should not prevent you from exercising. as a matter of fact, it should push you to exercise more. from what ive read, fibromyalgia is generally a mysterious "disease" (quotes meaning they dont really know if its a disease or a disorder or syndrome or whatever) and there is no known true cause but clinical studies have shown that medication, exercise, and behavioral changes are proper treatments.
the hypothesized possible causes of fibromyalgia that i know of are sleep disturbance, stress-induced, depression, dopamine dysfunction, and serotonin abnormalities. the first few are solvable; start getting proper sleep, calm the hell down, and get happy, whereas the other three may require medication.
Why are we lectureing Angel about her disease as though her doctors/specialists haven't already told her everything she needs to know?
anyways-
I suggest picking a few exercises that you actually like doing (or hate the least) and eat 5 small meals a day. Jogging works for me. But like I was saying before-your doctor has probably already gave you some suggestions (if you have talked to him). He's also the one that should decide which activities you are able to do, which I bet 100 bucks s/he'd probably let you jog if you haven't experienced any leg troubles of any kind.
have you tried liposuction
remember you'll only pretty if we can see your ribs
you are right about the swimming exercises, though. they are the best thing that works for me.
running is too much for me to handle at the moment. I have really flat feet and Plantar fasciitis. I do some walking but can only do so much. If I don't eat for a couple days that's the best way for me to lose weight and the only way the bloating goes does. but I sorta wanna be somewhat healthy soo yeah. I should make more use of my bike and indoor exercise bike. they don't make my feet scream in pain at least.
gotta find a pool and get weight down before the weekend
current weight: 108lbs
goal: 98lbs

nah i'm around 145 or so
I was doing biking at the university's gym for a while 'cause I could get in free and lost a little bit of weight.
Then it was summer and I wasn't going to school everyday anymore and I got fat again.
I remember there being a biking machine in the basement of my Nana and Granda's old house. One of the old school ones with a fan in place of the front wheel. Too bad I don't have that at home now.
i have one of those lol want me to take pics
haha i am far from underweight, no worries there
maybe the drugs i'm taking are making me chub and unable to lose weight easily. plus all the other ****
