Life Sized Gundam

Just saw this on Fark. Pretty damn cool, really. I'm curious how long they'll keep this thing up for.

Bummer note: It's not functional.

They recently completed it. I believe it's part of Gundam's 30th Anniversary. kicks total *** too

Well I'm late then. I was actually kinda worried about it being structurally sound and not falling over, seeing as how Gundams make sense on small scale and animes. That's badass. I almost wish I had never heard about this and gone to Japan at some point - it'd be at least 30 minutes before I could stop laughing.

I'm guessing the material used for the gundam is completely metal?

I heard about this ages ago, good to see it finally being built.

Gort would be a challenge to build since it's so ugly.
