i am curious. i love so many. but blue freaks me out
Blue cheese is pretty intense, but I'll have it on a four-cheese pizza and it'll be amazing. :cool2:
I love good ol' Canadian cheddar, and then there's the fabulous manchego cheese (from Spain). I think those are my favourites, but I pretty much love them all, except for the disgrace that is processed freaking cheese... Oh, and dick cheese. :puke:
dick cheese not so bad...
pepperjack and colby are really good on crackers. so it brie. can't go wrong with cheddar or mozzarella either.
what the hell is canadian cheddar?
It's just cheddar, except... uh, better. I forgot about brie. Brie's really good, and so is gouda, actually. What's colby? I've never heard of it.
