i'm pretty familiar with ambien, but only because my parents had both been taking it for most of my lifetime actually. reminds me how i would sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and tiptoe over to the kitchen to grab a snack, only to see the counter littered with fast food wrappers and cups. apparently it wasn't uncommon for mom to get out of bed, get dressed, hop in the car, drive down to jack in the box and order a bunch of food, come back home, eat it, and then go back to bed. all of this would take place while she was asleep, because of the ambien. woot

Buddies showed up with some salvia after work and it was my first time. I've never had a trip that made me feel like I was in an entirely different world with different rules. Basically, as I was rubbing my eyes and counting up the seconds that I had held in the hit, the numbers in my head turned into pictures in front of me. The numbers were printed on blocks that multiplied into a wall that grew until it was too big to imagine. Then I laid back and two walls of block-like patterns shot out of me in a right angle. Somehow I was filled with the knowledge of a kingdom of patterns that I had awoken in, and I was also acutely aware that I was Captain of the Guard in this kingdom. At the time I knew exactly what I was guarding against, but I don't remember anymore. Anyways I looked at the walls around me and thought about the kingdom and tried to explain something pertinent to my buddies but my body didn't respond very well. Then one of my friends starting coming down from his trip and explained how the king and queen of the kingdom had forced him to lay down and forget that he had any friends.

Fantasyland was fun but after the initial trip I started feeling like I really should have been completely alone with soft music playing. I got the feeling I offended the other guys, and the fact that they kept talking while I tried going deeper into my head was annoying. So after a bit I tried forcing myself to stay focused and get the high over with since it was a waste of time and I should've been working toward getting high all alone. Some of my usual trains of thought ended up in totally new places, though, so that was exciting. the end

i always enjoyed the nights where i would sit back with some jazz, and some light, un filling snack, and just let my mind wander.

Hey now, salvia can be a really intense trip. I've done it at least six times and I've had a few really power adventures on it - the 70x and 40x being the strongest I've had. It's just a shame that it doesn't last that long. The post-trip buzz is pretty nice too and reminds me of pot quite a bit, which I can no longer smoke due to jobs and such (bummer I know).

Whipped cream is just like huffing duster or gas in that instead of activating parts of your brain (like salvia or shrooms), it's shutting your brain down. So instead of tripping, you're getting really dumb and it feels cool for a few seconds. If you like your brain it's probably not a good idea.

But if you don't particularly care for your brain, you should huff gas because it'll either:

I tend to put lots of milk in my cereal, so once you eat the cereal, you'll still have lots of milk left, but the milk will be a little bit sweet. Then you put MORE cereal in, so it becomes really really sweet! And then you eat all of the cereal again and you get a bit of milk there still, and now it's even MORE potent. And you think,,, "Should I!!?" and you DO IT. You put more cereal in, and it's amazing. You're flying in a world of sugar. I've known of men that do it twice more, but I can't handle THAT yet.

To me, this was something real and completely physical. In other words, I had no idea I was hallucinating). I saw other green tiles around me everywhere around me as if we were making some sort of tile-covered machine, and above me I could see these tiles as well. I felt like some sort of secret truth had been revealed to me... that we're actually all tiles. Anyway, all these tiles, as well as I, started to move automatically and uncontrollably, as to serve the purpose of this giant machine thing, and suddenly I felt like me waking up and having the initial urge to rip off of this tile was ruining and causing disarray in this machine, and so I felt embarrassed and felt that I shouldn't "wake up" anymore. As the structure moved, I started to recall all my memories, but it was like I was realizing none of that had been real or true... this reality was the only truth, and my life had all been a figment of my imagination. Nothing was real... the UNIVERSE wasn't real... only this strange structure of tiles was. Then suddenly I felt myself coming back, but I didn't want to. It was like I was simple going back into that made-up world. Then, reality hit me. I was sitting on the ground, my face leaning on a wall... good ol' ME was back. Life was back... but I did have a strange feeling... the feeling of the possibility that my life isn't real.

As I'm writing this, I still feel a fairly strong "afterglow" of the salvia (not as much now as when I began writing this). It has never been so strong. It almost felt like I had just smoked some really good weed.
