So I'm playing *** of War II again. Kinda forgot how good it was.

I mean, it's basic in terms of combat. But it's epic as hell and the story is pretty good. Whenever it's been awhile of me playing it I just assume it blows.

I just watched Judge play 1 and 2 for the most part all the way through. I did play the PSP one though.

It was alright

PSP one is pretty phenomenal. For being on a handheld anyways.

Though the two other games suffer from the over use of bosses like all other hack-and-slash games. They're nice... but all are way too repetitive and boring.

hackanslash games should just have massive hordes for bosses or just not have bosses. always suck.

or bosses that go beyond obvious patterns. So ****ing boring. Also annoying when they throw in heavy hits that destroy you and you have to sit through it all over again.

Actually I was going to use Turtwig and be fine with it

but then my friend wanted to, instead. So now I've got Chimchar to complete the triforce of starters. I'm just glad I'll have something good against those gosh darn bronzongs later in the game. 2nd most hated behind biderp

I got a Bronzong. It owned.

I used those ball stickers or whatever they were called where it makes a custom pattern appear when you throw out your Pokemon, and I used the letters you get for capturing each kind of Unown to give each member of my team a Captain-Planet-esque mantra whenever I called them out. Torterra was "POWER," Ambipom was "COURAGE," Lumineon was "HEART," Bronzong was "BALANCE," Drifblim was "FREEDOM," and Toxicroak was "FURY." Was pretty lol.

All in one day, Platinum, GTA, and Valkyrie Profile were leaked early.

btw I just finished off Eterna city and my triumvirate of Monferno, Kadabra, and Luxio cannot be stopped. PLUS I got the pokevirus whatever, so now I might have to pick up another teammate just so I don't get everyone over lvl 30 before the next gym.

It's like SRPG meets VP as far as I can tell. An original game in the series for the DS. All I know is that it's really pretty and I'll probably play it eventually.
