But yeah, blame it on corrupt. Went to manually delete viruses because I was too impatient to run a scan and ended up deleting important stuff and ****ing everything over and I was all "**** it" and haven't had the desire to deal with it. Until just a few minutes ago where I just did a system restore to before it happened and problem solved. So far anyways. But I ****ed up my virus program somehow in the process but not like it did its job in the first place.

seriously, at least twenty viruses. ridiculously. All the annoying **** too, like the ones that throw up pop-ups and stall your computer and send out massive chucks of data to other computers. My ISP was all "uh... you have a ton of traffic coming from your location... fix it or we're turning off your connection" so it was easier just to not use my computer.

most id theft happens through social engineering and looking through trash. like, the vast majority.
cool fact though: about 2 years ago he got an email with his bank's header and layout asking for his CC number and **** and it was spelled terribly so he reported it to our bank and his email was used as evidence in a trial the next year
he actually opened that ****? I don't bother with anything I don't reocgnise. Even got a message from "Matt Miller" to "Check out his facebook" but I was like "probably a coincidence... delete."

I find the computer too distracting. That's mostly why I don't turn it on. Too easy to just sit in front of it and forget I have stuff to do.
