Atlus recently announced this for release outside Japan (ABOUT TIME). Fourth game in the Dept. Heaven series, which consists of Riviera, Yggdra Union, and a third game they kind of skipped over for now. Crazy RTS/RPG/Bullet Hell hybrid. Looks extremely complicated, and it's said to be pretty **** hard.

YESSSS I've been waiting to hear if it'd be localized. This and Steal Princess look like whole new kinds of fun.

I'm always never interested in Atlus DS games and then I end up buying them when they come out. Likely won't be any different for this game.
