a woman was decapitated near here before christmas. was walking along the side of the road when one of those big trucks passed by. the door of the truck wasnt secured properly and bam. it swung open and in a position such that it took her head clean off.
the truck drive then walked back along the road and collected her head in a plastic bag. hardcore.
It's not saying that it was a school shooting. It is saying that it occurred at VA Tech, the place where a school shooting had been before, hence the "in 2007" part.
People are crazy.
