Maybe you could increase the length a bit, other than that it's pretty neat.

260x100 looks about right for a vgc banner.

If you want to make a VGC banner, it has to have the same/similar dimensions. Copy one of them and use it's attributes. Other then that, it's good.

Well, not all the banners are the same size. And I did use one of the banner's attributes.

I didn't want to make a rad banner the first time. I wanted to see everyone's response. Now I know that banner is utter crap and it's time to make a new one :D
