It'd be pretty funny to unwrap your present only to find a gallon of gasoline inside.
As for my own list, I don't really know what I want yet. A new electric guitar would be nice... but that'd be going a bit overboard.
My siblings and I typically have one giant present that comes packed with our stocking, which is the "feature present" of that year, so we each get something that may range from $100-$200. That being said, I can't really say I know of any such present I immediately want this year. There's not much I can think of, and my mom hates video games so much that any games are pretty much out of the equation.
I'd say something that's tapped my interest lately is a drawing tablet for the computer. Other than that, I'd definitely love another PS3 controller, the MGS graphic novel, some art supplies, some clothes, etc.
What I would REALLY love is an HDTV, even if it's for the entire family. However, I think that's way too much to ask for. :( Sucks, because Sony and Microsoft seem to assume that every gamer in America now plays games on 72" 1080i HDTVs.

So, you're arguing that now that I'm an adult, my mother should start buying games for me, even though she doesn't want to? I can buy all the games I want, and she doesn't care. She never has. But if it's a birthday, or Christmas or something, she will never buy me a game, because there are more important things to get me. And she's probably right. :cookie:
Basically, it's not like she's controlling what games I'm getting, or deciding if I can buy games or not, she just will never buy me a video game when she is obligated to get me something, because she doesn't like video games. Age has nothing to do with it.

So I talked to my dad last night and told him I wished I could put Christmas on hold because I had wanted to have enough money saved to actually get people stuff they liked. Then he told me most of our family isn't buying anything for anyone this year. A few of my relatives are giving money to Homes for Humanity instead. I think he might still want to get me something, so if I he hints at it again I'll ask for a record cleaning kit, cuz I've got some pretty bomb records that need maintenance. And maybe some replacement needles. THAT'S ABOUT IT

This year I actually scanned the annual Christmas List drawing before handing it off to the folks. Tradition states one character from each franchise noted on the list must be represented.
