The only two big countries who do the right hand drive thing are Britian and Japan. Naturally, manufacturers from all over the world produce both right hand drive and left hand drive cars for the different markets. So, in Germany, you'd be driving a LHD car for the German domestic market. You could take your Fiat over if you wanted to, but that would probably be waaaaaay to slow for the 'ring. You'd need to rent a RHD performance car in limey and take that (don't tell the rental company though!)

Well, the Pagani Zonda F averaged 100mph on the circuit, and it's a ~650bhp carbonfibre supercar that is good for 214mph. You'd probably cause a wreck driving something like a Punto out there, because through parts of the track, cars might be passing you with a speed differential of 100mph or so.
