it's been off ever since the ****ing time change. put it back an hour and change that mother ****er. been annoying the **** out of me.

well, I fixed it by changing it to "DST corrections are always OFF"

Most people have one on their desktop taskbar... why would you need one on your keyboard? Yeah, I'm six months late, but I really wanted to point that out.
