Oh, right, Exo, I forgot to say yesterday - in the menu where you select a friend to send a voucher to, it displays your entire friend list, showing those with MP3 save data in black and those without in gray. For some reason yours was in gray, so I just sent one to make sure it would get there okay. If it made it, then there are seventeen more for you.
