Club Nintendo Coming to the U.S.

Posted by Alastor

[quote]Big news came at the very end of Nintendo's super-special press conference in San Francisco today, when President Reggie Fils-Aime announced that the Club Nintendo, the customer loyalty program already in place in Europe, Japan, South Africa, and Australia, is finally going to make its way to North America this holiday season. Running in a similar fashion to the previously established programs, fans will be able to collect points by completing surveys and registering products to save up for nifty premium items from a North American Stars Catalog.

Um, so there's nothing worth buying?

Hmm. I can I unregister the hundred or so products that I already did and then register them again once the program starts, or will I automatically be credited the number of S.T.A.R.S. that I am due for them?

Well, this answers my question a little satisfactorily, at least:

Eh, very rarely is there anything that great if I recall. And when someone great does come out it costs like a billion stars.
